chi-swagg asked: this isn't really a question but omg the august calender looks so amazing, your workouts seem fun i'm so motivated !! please make one next month!!
shrink-yourself asked: Okay omg, you are my favouriteeeeeee blog ever <33 We are almost the same too - dancer, wanting to become fit and lose weight, and our current weight and goal weight! You are my inspiration <3 :)
Anonymous asked: what is the difference between a bench dip and a chair dip. we just found your website and we LOVE it!! Thanks
astupidpersonwhoshoulddie-deact asked: Hey I know you're super busy (& always have a millions asks) but I think it would be really helpful if you had links directing us to workouts for certain muscles. Like, listing all the muscle groups, then we could click on one & it would take us to a page FULL of workouts for that category. Just an idea :) Be well! -Carlie

Anonymous asked: to the anon with mensies probs...exercising requires a lot of energy which can mean needing to eat a little more often than usual. if your body isn't getting enough nutrients then you won't get your period. I know because of personal experience. just make sure you let your doctor know about all the changes you have made recently! best of luck :)
georgiaapeaches asked: Hey , just wanted to say i'm extremely excited for your August workout calendar !
Anonymous asked: I just saw the anons post who asked about workouts affecting the menstrual cycle. Could it also make them more frequent? Like until your body gets used to the change?

I’m working on a big August workout plan for you all! I’ve got most of it saved as a Draft, now I just need to do the calendar itself. Expect it tomorrow! :)
Anonymous asked: The reason I asked about the change in cycles is because since I started working out and running a few months ago, I've experienced vaginal dryness and was wondering if exercising could've effected it. Sorry this is awkward :/ Thankfully I have an appointment with my doc soon

That moment when you’re looking through recipes on the computer and you find a cookie that you really want, but you can’t have it because it’s on the internet, so you just cry.
Chelsea snorted at me.
All the time. Why can’t I just eat all the delicious food people take pictures of?
Anonymous asked: Could a change in exercise (like starting to work out a lot after not working out at all) and weight loss effect menstrual cycles??
lookivelostweight asked: I don't know where all this drama came from or what exactly it's about but I just wanted to say that I love your blog and it's inspiring me to change myself for the better! Your workouts are really helpful and easy to follow, so thanks for all that you do on this blog :)
Anonymous asked: I was tempted to stop eating, and this blog actually convinced me not to. I think the haters should just stop following if they have a problem.
Anonymous asked: if i do your workout plan for the mon, tues, wed, thurs, fri, sat, sun... is that too much for all in one day?
thevalleyofourheart asked: Your blog is so helpful. I'm trying to lose weight and exercise more. I can't go to the gym and its hard being a teenager and being as busy as I am. I do at least 2 of your workouts every day. Just finished one for the day recently. btw, have you thought about doing a Big Bang Theory work out? :D
nick-carraways asked: Okay, so this hate is really annoying me. When I started following you the thing that I was worried about was that you tagged pictures as "thinspiration" and I don't think that that's a very healthy idea, but then as I kept seeing your posts then I realized that you have a very good idea of what your body can and cannot look like. You're striving to have that perfect...

Anonymous asked: Just wanted to say that I agree with your "haters" and the last bout of "look at how much people love me" posts have inspired me to unfollow. My dashboard will be much healthier (and less cluttered) without girls begging for thigh gaps and this weird defensive drama.
