tryingtobe-positive: What’s the best way of getting abs? Are crunches good, or are there better exercises? What and how many a day do you recommend? :) Planks are best. As often as you can, as long as you can hold it properly. Side plank, too. Exercise ball crunches, Pilates, jack knife sit-ups, Russian twists, and any core-stabilizing weight-lifting exercises like squats. Get it! :)
