fit-all-day:
I am so very excited because on May 28th, back when I started my whole fitness journey and made my inspo board, I wrote that one of my goals was after three weeks of going HAM I would buy myself an EOS lip balm. I have been wanting one of those forever and a day! And come next Monday my goal will have arrived and you can bet your bottom dollar I am going right to CVS and buying the...
200-days answered your question: Wanna work out with me?
what are these magical things called fire hydrants?! :O

Wanna work out with me?
Here’s what I’m going to do while watching Breaking Bad:
5 star jumps
10 body weight squats
10 bird-dogs
5 fire hydrants
5 kneeling push-ups
10 crunches
Then repeat!
Let’s see how many times we can run through the whole set. How many times did you do the whole thing?
My stretching video is now over 300 views! Thanks everybody!
shelbyyyyy asked: Seriously though, let's talk about how awesome it is to see your face! I love your workouts, and it's so nice to have a visual to associate them with. :)
Anonymous asked: You're a cutie! imo you dont even need to lose any weight :) but I know everyone has different goals, so good luck with your plan anyway :)

I kept a good pace, my breathing was nice and steady, my posture was good, and I really tried to concentrate on my alignment when I took each stride and made contact with the ground. I felt great, my foot felt a bit sore when I began my run but it wasn’t anything...

I think that I'm going to go for an ACTUAL RUN...
health-notbones:
Like… on pavement. Not a treadmill.
I’ve never done this before. Any tips? I live in central Florida and the humidity is riddikulus. (Anyone see what I did there? No? Okay. :( )
Anywhoddle. :)
Ugh. I’m also in Central Florida, and as much as I know I should jog or run, it’s exhausting just walking outside.

Warm Yoga: My Experience
If you’ve been reading my blog, you know that last night I tried my first heated yoga class. And boy, what an experience. I figured I’d write about my thoughts on it for my first fitness review.
What is heated yoga? Simply put, it’s yoga done in a heated room. Typically, hot yoga is held in a room around 100 degrees, usually in the Bikram style. However, rather than jumping...
