Anonymous asked: I think you should try posting up some pictures, or links to pictures, of some of the workout moves you mention! It would help because sometimes I don't really know what "russian twists" means...
loysanloy asked: Thank goodness this blog exists! The exercises are so helpful. As of late, I've decided to work out and eat healthier. Basically, I just want to change my lifestyle because i'm tired of sitting on my bum. Again, thank you.
Anonymous asked: hi, i was wondering if you could recommend some workout routines for me. i'm a beginner, so right now i don't know much moves and i can't do a lot of reps. the workout routines i'm doing are the "100 calorie workout" (40 jumping jacks, 30 crunches, 20 squats, 10 pushups) and "world's fastest workout" (burpees, mountain climbers, high knees, jumping...

Anonymous asked: What do you mean, your fasts are never healthy? Do you fast?
alexisjfrank asked: Hey, this is my first time on your blog and I love it! I especially love that your challenges and exercises do not require equipment or a lot of space which means no excuses! Thanks so much for all of this information and motivation!
Anonymous asked: To me, your blog isn't telling me that i should be thin, and this is how i should do it. It's giving me work out tips to how i can stay in shape.

Anonymous asked: Your perception of what construes as unhealthy thin and that of tumblr's may be different. However, the fact that you post them, no mater how little, still has negative effects. It undermines your healthy weight loss advices or might even send the message that one should only lose weight to look like the very thin people that you post. The fact that you're worried that you'll blog...
Anonymous asked: Your blog might be under fire. It is because of your "thinspo" pictures. While it's not your fault that these pictures exist, the fact that you reblog them might mean that you're actively supporting that dangerous image. It's dangerous because being that thin is not healthy. Not to say of course, that I don't like your blog. In fact, I love all your fitness tips that...

Anonymous asked: I think your blog will be just fine. Ive seen hardcore bad ones, you know you have seen them too, and Im pretty sure thats what they are addressing. You seem to have a nice balance going of thinspo and fitness. Besides, youre a ballet blog too, and ballerinas ARE thin. Just stay away from the term thinspo now.
cassybean asked: I think your blog will be okay, since not all of your thinspo is emaciated, unhealthy thinspo. But if you're really worried, I'd probably say change up your tags? Maybe to something more vague than just "Thinspo"
spinyn0rman asked: Your blog wouldn't be effected by the change. Thinspo itself isn't promoting an eating disorder. The blogs that will be effected are the ones that are basically giving out tips on how to purge, starve, cut yourself, etc. and basically -promote- self harm in any way, which your blog doesn't.
